A Kaleidoscopic Collision of Rock, Funk and Soul
When Larry Graham told me that Prince heard my music and said I sound like Hendrix, Prince, and Graham Central Station all rolled into one, I knew I was on the right path. That fusion has always lived inside me—born from those early days absorbing Soul, R&B, Funk, and Rock'n'Roll, with my dad's best friend Warner Williams showing me what a guitar could really do. That honky tonk master lit the spark, and I've been chasing that fire ever since.
I don't overthink it. I write what I feel, what moves through me in the moment. As a Maryland and Washington D.C. native, I've been blessed to record and perform with incredible artists from coast to coast—from New York to Miami, Los Angeles to Minneapolis. I've shared stages and studios with Morris Hayes of the NPG, Jack Robinson, Cynthia Johnson of "Funkytown" fame, Jellybean Johnson from The Time, Greg Sain, Stan O'Daffer, Brian Edwards and so many other talented souls.
My inspiration comes from a simple belief: every life is a book, and we all have stories worth sharing. I'm here to share mine through music, to connect with you through these sonic stories I've collected along the way.
